Service Description

Oxford Integrative Health offers an expanded, integrative History and Physical. This will cover the traditional medical history, medication review, and full physical exam most patients are familiar with. However, it will further expand to explore the patient's diet, physical activity, cognitive development strategies, their place among family, friends, and community, their spiritual beliefs, and much more. These are all elements that allow providers (and patients) to truly understand a comprehensive viewpoint into their entire well-being. We understand these topics can be quite expansive, so this visit is not designed to fully address treatments in all areas, but to capture a brief overview and gain a better understanding into treatment plans should the patient choose to enroll. * This exam is automatically included, upon request, at no additional cost for all Enrolled Patients * This exam does not allow for new prescriptions, labs, or imaging unless the individual signs up to become an Enrolled Patient
