The goal at Oxford Integrative Health is to provide comprehensive, integrative medicine with a commonsense approach. The focus is always on the individual's medical care; however, an integrative approach may also require a general understanding of the patient's personal, social, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. This style of medicine often involves a deep understanding between the patient and their provider which can take years to develop. We understand this comprehensive approach cannot be done in a single visit. The goal of a New Patient Consultation is to meet a provider, obtain a medical history with a focus on a single, pressing medical issue, perform a full physical exam, and formulate a plan to better understand our approach to medicine. Whether you are looking to establish care and become an Enrolled Patient, or simply want a second opinion on your medical care, this exam offers a balanced and thorough review that most patients do not receive at an insurance-based practice. * This exam is automatically included at no additional cost for all Enrolled Patients * This exam does not allow for new prescriptions, labs, or imaging unless the individual signs up to become an Enrolled Patient
